But, sure enough, over the next several years catfish kept getting more and more popular. Actually, that's an understatement. The demand grew by leaps and bounds, and we grew right with it.

Considering how popular catfish has become, it's not surprising that our industry has become very competitive. But keep this in mind: All catfish are not created equal. The flavor and overall quality comes down to the care and expertise of the people who raised and processed the fish.
